This Creative Mornings talk articulates some opinions that I’ve had for a while about copyright laws, and why they need to be changed.

The Digital Public Library of America just went live, and it seems like it’s a fantastic resource for researching…things.  It’s also making me consider information, how we access and view it, and how that’s changing.
Damn You, Art School is full of resources for the things about being an artist or designer that they don’t really teach you in school.  (via Swiss Miss, because I love most everything she posts)
I’m really into this 3D printed art by Shane Hope.  I’ve seen a fair amount of 3D printing, but it’s usually for industrial design type things (like printing a little part of your model) or small sculptures (one of the jewelry teachers at school does a lot of 3D printing.  Think funky, futuristic jewelry.) but I really like the idea of this three dimensional wall art that’s happening with 3D printing.
